As second-career farmers, it is their intent to embrace a lifestyle of simplicity. This includes growing the food on their table – vegetables, fruit, poultry, and pork – and having enough to share with our local community at the weekly market. It also means providing learning and awareness opportunities through summer student employment, documentary and film nights, art classes and seminars. They aim to use the horse power of their two Haflinger draft ponies more and more, and focus on using renewal resources wherever possible. CSA availible.
